This post is based on a conversation I had with a new acquaintance who wanted to know about my work as a corporate and personal coach.

Dear reader,

I was having a conversation with a new acquaintance who was curious about my profession as a coach. I explained that people approach me in my capacity as a coach to help them move forward from “where they don’t want to be” to “where they want to be”. There reasons why they want to make this transition are either because they are stuck in myriad challenging situations in career, relationships, academics, health, finances, business, marriage or other aspects of their lives or consumed by negative emotions such as fear, hatred, anxiety, grief, worthless, anger, frustration or disappointments. As a coach, I work as an accountability buddy motivating, encouraging and guiding my client to achieve their objectives in life.
